Steps from Downtown Omaha! Rooftop firepit & luxury accommodations

Market's Edge is a 4-level urban, townhouse with a beautiful open-concept kitchen & living space opening up to a quiet and cozy backyard. Enjoy two bedrooms appointed with high-end furnishings and linens as well as en suite bathrooms with bidet toilets. The primary bedroom has an inviting king bed and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a sturdy, Restoration Hardware "Full over Queen" bunk bed to help accommodate extra guests. Our favorite space is the rooftop terrace with an outdoor sectional couch and firepit overlooking beautiful views of downtown Omaha.

Although we're located in a safe and pedestrian-friendly area, guests will also have the convenience and security of an attached garage.

Market's Edge is nestled between the Old Market, Little Bohemia and Little Italy; a quick walk from some of Omaha's best restaurants, bars, museums, galleries, concerts and major sporting events.

Amazing!!!

This place felt like we were staying at a friend’s house. Everything was so inviting and comfortable. There was nothing we needed that was provided. Fully equipped kitchen, extra blankets, towels, toiletries. It felt like someone lived there verses a sparse rental property. The owner checked in on us by text to make sure everything was okay. We had 3 college students with us and there was plenty of room. We could get to everything in Omaha so easy. If you are visiting Omaha this is the place to stay!! We will be back again!!

Premium property

The home was very clean and beautifully decorated. Beds and furniture very comfortable. Within walking distance of the vibrant and fun Old Market, where we spent most of our time. Great for cooking breakfast, and having coffee in the morning. Most the time we ate out at the fabulous nearby restaurants, but could have easily cooked all our meals there. We were only there 3 nites, but would love to come back for a longer stay.

Nice property. Modern in design. Two nice bedrooms and bathroom. The beds were comfy, and for being near the Old Market, it was nice and quiet. We appreciated the beverages left for us in the fridge, and the kitchen was well-stocked. Great communications from the owner. We would stay there again.You really can’t beat the location.

The best VRBO in Omaha!

More than exceptional!!

Brad’s rental is amazing in every way! Can’t say enough good things about the entire experience. The condo is immaculate! The location is perfect- close enough to market district to walk to great restaurants, and located within minutes of main roads to get around town. Brad has thought of literally everything to make his rental beyond exceptional! From the kitchen to the bedrooms everything is top notch! Having a garage was also a big bonus. If I ever make my way back to Omaha, would love to have the opportunity to stay here again.

Great time of year to visit Omaha. Brad made checking in and out easy. The property had everything clean and ready for our arrival. The kitchen had every supply I needed for cooking for a family of four. Kitchen supplies and linens were good quality. Attached garage was spacious. Rooftop deck has a nice view of downtown. Booked this for a book club trip and didn't realize how close this was downtown, which was where our group wanted to explore! Everything was within walking distance and the house was prepared for anything you might need! Perfect weekend getaway

My family and I stayed at the row house over Labor Day weekend and had the best time! The house was clean and the accommodations were exactly as described. Plus the beds were very comfortable!! Brad was quick to respond to communication and was kind enough to provide coffee, juice and beverages. Several restaurants and shops were within walking distance. Great place!

We stayed here for a weekend and it was perfect! You can walk (or quick Uber) to all kinds of places around Old Market. The home was clean and well stocked. Brad the owner had some drinks and snacks waiting for us when we checked in. He was also very accessible when we had a question. We come to Omaha often since our son is stationed at OFFUTT AFB. We won’t be staying anywhere else but here from now on!

Great space, location, communication, and value

Before the stay even began, Brad was great about communicating with me. He helped set up the remote garage and door access, offered restaurant and bar recommendations, and just made sure everything was set to go. The space is also very cool - plenty of room to hang out inside, and the rooftop patio is great for evenings beside the fire. The rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Really couldn’t have asked for a better experience! After shopping around the Old Market area for a place to stay, I think this is one of the best values you can get. Walkable to Old Market and Little Bohemia is just a couple blocks away.

"Perfect Omaha Stay Near Zoo and Old Market!" Perfect Omaha stay near Zoo and Old Market!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! Its proximity to the zoo and the Old Market was fantastic. The house was very nice, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Brad was easy to communicate with and even left juice boxes in the fridge for our 4 kids and some adult drinks too. The bunk beds were great, and we set up a pack and play for our infant in the master bedroom closet, which worked perfectly. We loved the big windows, and the bedding and towels were high quality. We'll definitely stay here again if we return to Omaha. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Rowhouse in the heart of Omaha

If you’re contemplating this rental BOOK IT NOW! My husband and I had a surprise weekend getaway and our stay here was amazing! It’s very clean, modern and relaxing. Beautifully and thoughtfully decorated as well! Perfect location to hang out in the Old Market, go to a concert at CHI or visit the zoo… tons of stuff to do very close by. The host, Brad, was great! He left drinks for us and went out of his way to leave a little something special for my husband to drink (chocolate lover) and a kind note. We will definitely stay again! Brad thank you to you and your family for sharing your beautiful rowhouse with us!!!
