This was a great stopover hotel on our long road trip. The hotel was easy to get to and parking was a breeze (though there is a charge). The only thing that brought my review down a tiny bit is the pool room and the water in the pool was pretty cold for being advertised as a heated indoor pool. We only made it about 30 minutes before the shivering was too much.

The only reason I chose this hotel was for the hot tub, but then I checked in to find out the hot tub is permanently closed. I went to take a shower and the water was cold and there was black stuff coming from the drain. I waited over 3 hours for maintenence to show up. I then checked out a day early and went to a different hotel.

Nothing fancy, just a typical mid-priced hotel. Good bang for your buck so to speak. The breakfast was average but always enjoy when one is included. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was overall very nice. There were a few hiccups starting with when we first got into our hotel room, we noticed it was already open with the latch out. Entering the room the vanity mirror was off the wall and laying by the side of the bed. Made a call to reception and they got the maintenance man up to put it back on. (He was extremely nice and apologetic). The room was clean and quiet. Very decently sized for what we paid. On our last morning there there was no hot water at all so we weren’t able to shower. But we understand these things happen in a large establishment. Also, the employee who was working mid-shift during our stay was outstanding and very polite.

Only complaint would be that it appeared as though the place was sold out and there are not enough parking spots on site. We ended up parking in front of the dumpster on Saturday night, at the direction of the staff. Otherwise, nice place, great room...loved Omaha.

We love staying at Homewood Suites. Property is clean and room and hotel are clean and modern. Love that breakfast is included. Parking lot is SMALL and we had trouble fining a spot each night we stayed. Location is convenient.

There is no PARKING I could not find a spot and I told the management that I was not checking in as I can not find a parking spot she said she would write it down to not charge me and it was even before my check in time but of course they charged me

Our room was clean, quiet and well appointed. Breakfast included. On a warm day it is very walkable to CHI arena, College Park and several restaurants. There was construction going on at the property during our stay, but it wasn’t an issue. We will stay here again.

The facility was clearly undergoing renovations, which made the level of comfort even more impressive. Staff were friendly and attentive, the room was wonderful, and the bed was comfy. Breakfast was a standard continental spread and was kept well-stocked by staff. The location was especially nice because we were a 10-minute walk from CHI Health Center. Had to pay $10 for parking but would have had to pay that (and more) to park downtown anyway.

Good weekend stay with an upcoming downtown area. Plenty of eating options within walking distance. They are doing updating on the hotel lobby currently but that doesn't affect your stay.

Decent stay, not sure we’ll return.
The room was spacious and the kitchenette was great, but the cleaning left a lot to be desired. The overall condition of the room could be improved (table leg falling off, bathroom fixture leaning down & items sitting on bathroom vanity that had fallen from the wall). The lobby and breakfast area, however, were up to date and in great condition. The location was very handy with easy access to Creighton and the zoo! $10 per day parking (that we didn’t know about in advance) kind of stunk but wasn’t a huge deal.

Good place to stay
Enjoyed our one night stay. It was quiet and lots of restaurants nearby. The shampoo and shower soap dispensers were empty. Desk staff was ready to resolve the issue but I just wanted them to let housekeeping know because we were checking out. We may stay there again on Wednesday night before going to the airport and home. It would have been easier to enter the lobby from the back as there is not much drive in space in front.
