Walkable to CHI Arena, many restaurants to satisfy all tastes and price points (Spencer's was perfection), over to Iowa 😄, Durham Museum..... Speedy efficient check-in, helpful housekeeping staff for extra towels etc, fitness room was convenient and indoor pool would be perfect for families with kiddos. We'll go back.

We stay at this place a lot when we come to town , but the room we had this time wasn’t as great as they have in the past. There was a giant orange stain on the duvet, the night stand was dirty, the bed was frame was moved/angled and too heavy to move back. There was no hot water in the morning when showering. I arrived early and was told that my room with 2 queen beds was not ready.l, even though others were being checked in at the time. So I came back at 3pm and was told that they didn’t have the room with 2 beds, but could give me a room with a king and a rollaway. They blamed Expedia. The truth is that there was a concert nearby and I suspect that they gave my room away. To compensate me they offered to pay for parking (which per their own information was free anyway).

Perfect place to stay if you’re attending an event at CHI Health Center… only 2 blocks away with several bars/restaurants right there. Couldn’t have been any more convenient.

The front desk staff was great! So friendly and happy. The room was nice, the only issue we had was the TV didn't work. But the room itself and the staff were great! Would definitely recommend and stay again!
