Strong disinfectant smell in the room - overpowering. TV would not connect to internet. No coffee in breakfast area in the morning. Check in staff very nice.

ALWAYS CLEAN when we stay. The ladies have always been so kind and welcoming. This is our first choice always when we’re in Fremont.

I want to say 4 stars but 2 it is.
I was disappointed to learn that the king suite I reserved was upstairs. I specifically asked for a 1st floor room because this hotel doesn’t have a hotel. I reserved this room with enough time that I should have been notified. The hotel and room were clean and it smelled good. The room had some minor issues. A loose toilet seat and the bathroom door was coming apart at the corner of the door causing it to stick and making a loud noise. Breakfast leaves the stomach wanting more. This was our 2nd stay at this hotel and we stay here for the pricing and location.

I have been staying here for years about twice a year and have always had a pleasant experience. Name changed but same owners. Would like to see more protein options at breakfast but other than that everything is great!

Turned on heater, smoke alarm goes off. Room smelled terrible after this. No shampoo, requested at front desk, was told there was a dispenser was in shower. Nope not there. They could not supply any shampoo. Three people in room, 2 sets of towels each day. Do they want us to share? Had to go to front desk to get towels. Asked why when 3 listed to stay why 2 sets of towels. ‘That’s just what housekeeping does’. No privacy door hanger. Housekeeping only spoke Spanish. Sheets/blankets had holes in them.

Amazing stay. Very clean updated. Very comfortable. Safe area and never felt uncomfortable as a single female traveler. My parents and brothers family stayed across the road and I have to say they paid double the price and way smaller rooms. My room for half the price was just amazing.

Clean quiet recently remodeled hotel. I travel with work year round, I stayed a week while working in the area and would stay again if back in this part of the world. I have alot of valuable tools and equipment I store in my truck and I never once felt worried about my vehicle being messed with at night. The area is clean and feels safe. Room was clean and comfortable. And rates were definitely reasonable. It was honestly nice to stay somewhere that didn't think they needed to charge 200 bucks a night for a hotel. So to owners and management, thank you for fair rates and a clean property.

The room was so-so, but was expecting that. What was a thorough disappointment was that when I returned to my room after a day out, the cleaning staff had left my door ajar. The room was right next to an exit, and anyone could have come in and helped themselves to anything in the room. I've never experienced anything like that - it was a total violation. I was calm when I let the front office staff know - it was the weekend and I don't really expect the comment will go anywhere, nor did they offer any kind of compensation to try to mollify the situation.

Very nice service. Just the room had some used towels already in there and stained sheets 😔 but we used the other bed and didnt use those towelz. Besides that pretty nice place.

Always affordable. Nice staff, clean rooms. Just had to go buy our own pillows since they were suuuuper soft (just our preference!) other than that always a pleasure. We always stay here when in town.
