They use a very strong cleaner that gave me headaches. Cleaning staff was not the friendliest, but the rooms were cleaned daily.

Front desk staff was friendly. They serve the same thing for breakfast everyday, so for extended stays it gets boring. Rooms were cleaned daily.

Rooms are dirty. Stains were everywhere on the sheets, curtains, bed, lamp shade. Musty, try to cover up the smell with cleaning supplies but it doesn’t work. I stayed for two days and tried to get more towels so i called front desk. They lady refused to give me new ones without me bringing my old one to the front desk. I didn’t have a problem with giving the old towels my problem was her telling me to bring them to the front.

Based on the reviews we read, we had low expectations of this hotel. However, the room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast (although fewer choices) was great. There was a strong marijuana smell in the hallway outside our room, though it was a non-smoking room. And the shower didn’t get very warm. Otherwise, it was a great, budget-friendly option on our trip.

First of all, the majority of reviews across this site are extremely negative for most properties! After staying at the Comfort Suites Omaha, I can say our experience was inconsistent with most of them. We spent two nights at an expensive hotel downtown, and one night here when the work on our house wasn’t done yet. Based on reviews, I was uncertain- but we had a great experience! Free parking, free hot breakfast, and a heated indoor pool (unlike the ice-cold one at the luxury hotel)- all for under 1/3 of the price. The room was clean and comfortable, and the clerk was friendly. I’m not sure what else you’d need?

The night shift crew has nice customer service. Their rooms are so dusty and the cleaners won’t remember to put in toilet paper . I had to walk back and ask.

Please don’t waste your time I booked two rooms for my son birthday all he wanted to do is swim with some friends I called and asked ahead of time they said cool once I got there and paid my deposit they started tripping saying I had to leave it was to many people it was 11 kids and my parents and sibling which the adults wasn’t not swipe staying they just stopped by they told me I couldn’t have outside guess but told the white guy who was a guest for somebody else that he was ok to go up they have roaches and when I told them about it they start saying I had to go and called the police on me I have video of the roaches when the police came they said if the room was clean I could get my deposit back which it was we didn’t even touch the room cause they went swimming soon as we got there the officer walked with us to check the pool and rooms and all was ok but when we got back to the front they said I couldn’t have my deposit back and I had to talk to the manager in the morning had me come out there three days in a row just for the manager to never show up then they tried to say I damaged the pool because water was ok the floor ! I asked to show some real damage to anything they refused so now I’m taking them to court all over my 200 deposit because they put me out after taking my money

My hotel room had Roaches...And management really wasn't to Concrnn about it..I would like to have total refund..The poor was not in services or the laundry room. The property claimed that pillows and towels were taken from the room. Said that they had it on video which they showed after much discussion, and the video clearly was showed nothing. They were unprofessional and made accusations that were completely false. I was still charged the whole security deposit and they would not move on their position. Stay at your own risk!!!!!!

Upon arrival at the property the staff did not have an expedia reservation for me. could not find it anywere. Even after providing them with screen shots, itinerary #'s, everything....they couldn't find the reservation I already paid for on Expedia. The property demanded payment AGAIN !!! Credit card had been charged twice and needs to be refunded.

When we arrived, we always check mattresses for bedbugs. Found bedbugs, both alive and dead. Found a bedbug feces in the seams of the mattress. Went to the front desk and told them. Requested a refund. Manager told us it would take up to a week to see the refund. Never received the refund! Do not stay here!

The room overall wasn't bad. But the carpet was sooo dirty that if you walked from the bathroom to the window the bottom of your feet turned black!!! The bathroom sink didn't drain hardly at all. It was half full of water just brushing your teeth.

Several of the pieces of furniture were broken. Dresser handle was hanging and drawers was broken. Toilet paper holder was broke off on one side and hanging from counter. TV was disconnected from the cable and the HDMI ports were broke out of television. The hide a bed had been previously slept in sheets had not been changed.the air unit was inadequate to cool the room. It was not functioning correctly.

Was hoping for a good stay. The sofabed in the room had dirty sheets and the couch itself was very stained! Carpet was dirty. Had booked for 2 nights, stayed one night. there was 5 of us and 2 of my kids slept on the hard floor because the sofa bed was not clean. Will never stay there again.

Ehh, it’s alright..
It was a one night stay, breakfast was ok. The carpet in the room was really dirty (our feet got dark just from walking around in the room) and there was no blankets for the pull out couch. The beds in my opinion were every uncomfortable. You can tell it’s an older building but it wasn’t bad. Ice machine is only on the first floor so that wasn’t ideal. For the price it wasn’t bad just wish the floors were cleaner.
