Other Things to Note: 1\. There is no laundry facility on site, however several laundromats are within 2 miles of your apartment. We recommend WashWorld about a 6 min drive. 2\. There will be lock out fee - $50, unreturned/lost key fob fee - $50 3\. Parking is on a first come first serve basis in our open lot. There are no assigned stalls. Each guest/reservation will be able to park in one spot.
