"When I arrived I was not given any information about the surroundings. It would have been nice to have information about the trails, restaurant, cafe, and activities in the area because the hotel is in an isolated area with not many amenities in the surrounding area. I asked about a pool and was informed only that they did not have one and could pay to use the pool at the neighbouring hotel for a fee, although they did not know the fee."

Our room was clean, and we were happy we had a washroom to ourselves A lovely breakfast was served on the rooftop patio where we got to chat with some of the other guests. We had to cut our trip short, but the hosts were gracious and pointed out how to connect with Expedia Customer Service to start a refund request. "
