Gourmet kitchen with granite counters and new appliances. Master with king bed has jetted tub and large walk in closet. Secondary bedrooms have attached baths with queen beds. Additional bedroom has full bed. Great outdoor patio with barbecue gas grill and hot tub. Great star gazing. Airy sun filled great room with Long Leaf Pine floors. Secondary living area with queen suite on lower level with stunning views of "Painted Rock". Laundry room. 2 car garage. New carpet, new Appliances. Pet friendly .

Great Stay

Stayed here just after the 2023 New Years storm. Julie the owner was awesome as far as facilitating check in and even checked on us during the stay to make sure we had everything we needed. They have 3 snow removal teams so even with the storms we had no problems with access to the house. House is beautiful, wood burning fireplace, hot tub, comfortable beds and a stocked kitchen 2 mins from the base of Squaw. What more can you ask for?

Amazing stay in Palisade

The property is only 5 min away from the village. It is great to be able to have a nice warm breakfast and still secure a decent parking! The house is very spacious - high ceiling throughout and provides a luxury feeling. The pictures don’t do justice. We enjoyed 2 living rooms, grown-ups and teens (and one living room had a full wet bar setting!) Kitchen is well stocked and we enjoyed cooking with lots of counter spaces. All beds and bedding are high-end products. We slept so well after all day skiing. Owner was available and communicative is throughout the stay. Very courteous and nice people. We would definitely come back again.

North Tahoe Nirvana

Lovely home, well appointed and very comfortable for large groups. The owners are very proactive with communication and make you feel welcome in their home. Location is on the 50 yard line of all activities in North Tahoe. You will not be disappointed, this home is a '10'. We had a terrific time, and really appreciate the owners opening their home allowing us to enjoy enjoy and experience their beautiful piece of paradise. Thank you- we created a lot of cherished memories.

Luxurious home

We were two couples sharing this lovely home, and there was room to spare. The kitchen was fabulous and we enjoyed cooking in. Tom and Julie are very responsive and caring owners and we look forward to coming again.

Amazing North Tahoe Olympic Valley Home!

We loved our stay at Julie and Tom's beautiful home. The house is removed from the bustle of the main road. It's situated in a wooded area near the end of a private road. The 4 bedrooms & the 2 living areas are very comfortable. Plus there's a wonderful gourmet kitchen. Outside is perfect for relaxing - the hot tub, outdoor seating area, deck & fire pit present options to spend time together as a group or separate. The photos of the house don't do it justice, it's so much nicer in person. We had a lovely outings rafting down the Truckee River and swimming on Lake Tahoe. Communication with Julie and Tom was easy and so welcoming. I would highly recommend this home. We will be back. Thank you again, we all had a wonderful stay!

Hospitality at it’s finest

I use VRBO & AirBnB frequently for business and personal travel. This was the single best experience I’ve had. Everything was clean and well cared for, and Julie’s communication left me and my family feeling at home. Thank you again, we’ll certainly be back!!

Beautiful house and location for skiing at squaw. We had an amazing time and house was very comfortable had all of the amenities we needed and plenty of space for our group. Definitely recommend and would love to come back and stay again!

Wonderful vacation home!

The overall impression was great!! The property is well laid out and comes very well equipped!

WE had a wonderful time staying here!!! The furnishings were comfortable and very nice. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The homeowners were super easy to work with and very responsive. The property is well maintained. The only suggestion I have is to add screens to the doors and some windows. It was warm while we were there and with no air conditioning you have to open the doors for the breeze! Bugs are likely to come in at night with the lights. I do though highly recommend that you stay here!! The location is great and close to everything we were wanting to do! We really hope to be back soon!!

Beautiful Home

This beautiful pet friendly home met all our expectations. The layout is perfect for 8 people and very comfortable, warm and inviting. We truly enjoyed spending time there and would have loved to stay much longer if we could, instead of a week-end only. We highly recommend it. Izalina
