The Everline Resort & Spa charges a daily resort fee of $50 plus tax (subject to change) for each room of your stay in order to provide services and amenities that enhance the guest experience. This fee is charged as part of your reservation at the time of booking. Additional parking fees apply, if applicable: Overnight Valet $65, Overnight self-parkng $35, Visitor Valet $40/hr, Visitor Self parking $30/hr. Due to snow conditions, ski-in/ski-out accessibility may not be available in early/late season, and only when the Palisades Tahoe lift is operational. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 6. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Microwave, toaster, Keurig, machine, mini fridge, two dish and silverware place settings near the elevator, but we never really heard anybody walking by. coin operated laundry on the second floor - takes quarters, $1.75 for a wash $.25 for each 10 minutes in the dryer. Complementary Hot chocolate and coffee stand set up near the resort chair and shuttle to Palisades. We checked our skis. Left them on a rack one afternoon and came back for them and the ski valet in the afternoon was in that same area as the hot chocolate, and had already retrieved them and brought them in for us shuttles to Palisades Village we’re available every 15 minutes during the day by the resort chair and in the evening by the lobby. I think they stopped running around 930, but most of the restaurants closed around 9 o’clock. ##### Kathy H. Dec 27, 2022 #### Perfect ski spot We really liked how convenient the room was to the slopes. The resort chair is right outside the door practically. The accommodations were comfortable and the rooms were the perfect size for two adults. There were robes which we used to pop over for hot tub after a long day on the slopes. The room is in a Hyatt hotel so all the normal hotel amenities were available which was very nice. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would come again. ##### Sarah S. After two days of housekeeping not coming , I had to request an appointment for housekeeping to come through the front desk.
