The easy access to skiing, beautiful outdoor pool/jacuzzi, fitness center/spa, and multiple restaurants are all fantastic. This room has a beautiful view and was comfortable for our family of 3\. There was no cleaning service during our stay, which was fine for us. We had plenty of towels. We brought our own shampoo/conditioner. Our room was also lovely, with the exact view of the mountain shown in the pictures. However, the property layout was weird. all the rooms are located in a building separate from the facilities, so you must head outside even to get to the hotel lobby. The hot tubs are about 300 feet outdoor walk and down two flights of stairs. Neither feature is ideal in the winter. Extra service charges appear everywhere, from a daily resort fee (fairly common these days), to a service charge applied to my takeout order at Sandy’s Pub. What service was I being charged for? And why is that in addition to the resort fee? Finally, rooms are serviced only once every three nights. This is probably a change since COVID started. They don’t even empty the trash or change out towels. ##### Milo C.
