Very peaceful and lovely views!!! Pretty sure we saw sea lions swimming off the shoreline from the house. We had plenty of room for 3 couples and my mom. So many places to hang out and space for separation. The only serious problems were mouse droppings and you can tell a cat has lived or stayed there (in the house). The droppings were addressed and the response to inquiries were very fast. For aging adults or individuals with bad balance, the walkway to the water deck is a hard no when the water is low or the tide is out. Plus, the gulls have made a mess on the deck at the water.
