From here, you can quickly walk down to the private beach and dock. Continue to enjoy views of the lake from the home's front living room. Spacious and full of light, this space is perfect for family movie viewings, afternoon reading sessions, and board game nights. The adjacent kitchen will delight the chef of your group with its suite of stainless steel appliances, ample meal prep space, and an in-kitchen dining table. With multiple dining spots to enjoy, rest assured that family-style meals will come with ease. The primary bedroom will quickly become your own special haven with its private balcony access, vaulted ceilings, and large TV. The additional three bedrooms are just as inviting with their warm wood finishes, soft linens, and hints of lakeside living. With creature comforts like a private washer/dryer, partial air-conditioning, and internet access - your every need is met. While exploring Olympia and the surrounding area, be sure to visit the Washington Center For The Performing Arts, Pioneer Park, Salish Cliffs Golf Club, the Rock Candy Mountain Trailhead, Downtown's Historic District, and all of the local restaurants, and shops. NO PETS. Except for service animals or approved support animals for persons with disabilities, no pets are allowed (even temporarily) anywhere in or about the Premises. Care and feeding of stray or unauthorized animals or pets is prohibited. If an animal has been in the Premises at any time during the Renter’s Term, Renter(s) shall be charged for all costs pertaining to damage to the Premises, de-fleaing, deodorizing, and/or carpet shampooing to protect future residents from possible health hazards. If Renter(s) or any Occupant is found to be in possession of any prohibited animal(s), Renter(s) may be charged a fee per their Rental Agreement, and in addition to the charges for damages and cleaning, Renter and Occupants will also be required to remove the animal(s) from the Premises. The house was spotless. There are plenty of amenities, including a SUP, a paddleboat, life jackets, a well-equipped kitchen, and plenty of towels.The upstairs shower is difficult to use (not at a usable height) and makes a terrible noise, so there is effectively only one shower. We had some trouble communicating with the management company when we needed a dish scrubber but it worked out in the end. The dock looks questionable but it seemed perfectly functional and safe.We loved sitting on the deck and watching the kids play in the water. It was idyllic! ##### Jane M. It's clear that it has been lovingly maintained and had all the amenities we needed. The easy access to the lake allowed us to paddle our kayaks often and we also had fun using the provided peddle boat. We spent lots of quality time on the deck and lawn enjoying the spectacular views of the lake and had a memorable and restorative trip. We were offered a late check out for an additional fee which we were appreciate of since it allowed us a relaxing final morning. The only issue with the stay was that we had a couple of questions about the property that vacasa was unable to answer. It seems they had the basic listing info that we also had access to but nothing beyond that. They replied to the questions that they'd reach out to their local agent and get back to us but never responded beyond that. ##### Amanda W. The house is cute and tidy but reeks so badly of old cigarette smoke my husband couldn't sleep. 2\. The paddleboat had broken glass in it, on which my son cut his foot. 3\. The next-door neighbors had a 30 minute screaming brawl involving about 5 people where the cops were called (by another member of their family). There is no fence between the yards, so we had to take our dinner back inside. 4\. Our arrival time was delayed by Vacasa (3rd party property management firm) from 4pm to 6:30pm due to the cleaners being unavailable and then the cleaners were still there when we arrived and stayed until 8pm. 5\. The cleaners left us to do a load of the previous tenants' linen laundry. 6\. The dock is broken in many places with part of it being underwater. You can see the broken supports beneath it. Because of this, the end of the dock sticks up about 5'out of the water. You can't sit anywhere on the dock because it isn't level in any one place. ##### Katie K. The house was well appointed & cozy. The paddle boards & boat were used everyday. Life jackets available for the whole family. They had lawn games & such a lovely deck. Our kids enjoyed the swings on the deck & we enjoyed our morning coffe looking at the beautiful lake! Perfect family place! We had one hiccup & the owners were right on top of it!
