DO NOT STAY HERE. The hotel is closing down and has not been maintained at all. Our sheets were used, there was literal mold growing in several places in the bathroom, including Serratia marcescens (pink mold) in the shower. The staff are fully aware of these issues. When we brought this to their attention they said “I know”. Further more, this hotel is being used to shelter unhoused folks and it’s obvious by the smell that housekeeping has not been adequately cleaning. Again. We booked a premium room hoping for better accommodations. When we arrived there was not staff at the desk. The tub was cracked and peeled. The water dripped constantly in the tub. The toilet seat was broken. There were not enough towels. The walls had numerous dings and chips that were in need of repair. Those that were repaired were completed carelessly. The carpet was worn and needed restretching to eliminate bubbles and wrinkles.
