Step into the perfect blend of cozy indoor living and exciting outdoor adventures at this beautiful lakefront home. Inside, you'll find flat-screen cable TVs, a warm gas fireplace for relaxing evenings, and a dining table perfect for family meals or board game nights.  
  
Venture outside to enjoy your private dock, complete with a lake trampoline for hours of fun on the water. Explore the lake using the two single kayaks, a double kayak, or the jon boat, and unwind on the furnished deck with outdoor dining and stunning lake views. A covered patio offers a shady spot to relax and take in the peaceful surroundings.  
  
The fully equipped kitchen comes with all the essentials, including a refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a range of cookware, dishware, and spices to whip up your favorite meals with ease.

\- Upon arrival, we aim to ensure your safety, proper access to the home, and guest features. Should you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to Portoro Homes directly.  
\- Known damages incurred during your stay must be reported to the property manager immediately.  
\- Before check in, we will send you detailed directions to ensure a seamless arrival.  
\- Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.  
\- We cannot guarantee early check ins or late checkouts, fee typically applies. When it is possible to check in early or check out late, there will be a fee for anything outside of a one hour window within our standard times. If your need for an early check in or late check out is great, your best option is to book an additional night.  
\- Some homes have cameras for external monitoring only.  
\- Some homes have pools and hot tubs. There is no guard around the water features. - Use at your own risk.  
\- In the State of Washington and in Thurston County, all hotel and vacation rental hosts are required to collect hotel tax. We collect these taxes within the booking transaction.  
\- This is a No Pets property. A daily rate fee of $150.00 will apply for violations and you may be asked to vacate the premises with no refund at the discretion of the Host.  
\- This is a No Smoking property. Penalty fees for violations will apply and you may be asked to vacate the premises with no refund at the discretion of the Host.

Our goal is that your vacation exceed your expectations. Portoro Homes communicates via email and phone. After a booking is confirmed, rental agreement will be emailed to the guest for e-signature. Check-in instructions are sent by email and text message 14 days (or less) prior to arrival date. We offer convenient keyless entry for self-check in. We do typically check in with guests by text 1-2 times during their stays to ensure a 5-star experience and remain available for any questions. We are available to guests 24/7 for any inquiries.

Beautiful views, very pleasant cabin/house, respectful neighbors, wonderful updated supplies - Lots of great toys - trampoline, paddle boards, kayaks, floating dock and slide plus nice lifejackets and chairs for the lawn. Sleeping arrangements marvelous and good beds. Both good bathrooms (just damage to the towel bar that the owner was scheduling to be repaired) Kitchen was very well supplied. Row boat needs better oars but we paddled clear around the island.

#### Fun at the Lake

We appreciated the cleanliness and updated home. The dock is nice and we had a lot of fun with the water trampoline, paddle board, and kayaks. We also appreciated the good quality life vests. Downsides: Most of the floaties need to be replaced (did not hold air) and the cleaners were still present when we arrived at 5, despite a 4 pm check in time. Overall we would rent again!

We were entirely satisfied with our stay. We enjoyed spending the day at the capital and coming back to a serene lake setting. Our dog was happy staying with us at the lake house alternating between naps and walks. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook gourmet meals.

#### Quiet haven near town

We loved the cozy cabin with the beautiful view! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked with staples for cooking, everything was clean, and best of all, we could spend our evenings curled up next to the gas fireplaces. While a modest space, the space was perfectly laid out for a family with four energetic kids. We didn’t stay during warm weather but would love to return to enjoy grilling on the deck and making use of boats and fishing poles!

We took advantage of the covered decks to enjoy the view. Both fireplaces were put to use. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses , cookware and more. The week passed to quickly and we are already planning for next year’s trip.

#### Amazing lake with great toys

If you are going to be on the lake/dock this is a great location. Water trampoline, kayaks and boat available to use. If it’s cold and you need to eat inside , space is limited for more than 3-4 people. Back deck, which is covered, has a large table. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils and pots/pans, whatever you need really. Low water pressure, only one shower at the time is possible. We had only 6 bath towels (there were 3 beach towels also ) and 3 wash clothes for our entire group. There is a washer/dryer but still more wash clothes please ! Downstairs carpet had some large stains, looks like it just needs shampooed. Excellent response time to any questions we had. Overall , slightly smaller and more rustic than I expected, but would stay here again.

Very nice setting and very close to our 3 children and families. Next time I will be fishing the lake that the property is on. This property was perfectly situated for al that we wanted to do. The area was very quiet and restful .

The area was very peaceful. The lake was beautiful with nature all around. The house was very comfortable. Visiting my son and fiancé. Had a great time. Drew was always easy to contact and very accommodating. Will definitely stay there again on future trips.

Great! EXCEPT one of two toilets didn’t work due to sensitive septic system. Weren’t told ahead of checkin. Wasn’t fixed during our nearly week long stay.. No price adjustment either.

We had a little trouble finding this in the dark. The driveway is shared with other properties. The property manager was very responsive when I texted him for help! This is a nice property for a family vacation once you find it. Do not expect perfection. There are several small things that need to be repaired starting with the front screen. The shower handles in the upstairs bathroom just spin. You had to guess where the "off" position was and adjust as the dripping stopped. The space is nice and the kitchen is well equipped for being able to cook meals. A very nice touch to have K-cups for the Keurig! The sponge on the sink was very stinky. I threw it away and bought new ones to leave. The fireplaces add nice heat but the downstairs room heater was very loud and disrupted sleep. An investment in a mattress topper or a new mattress would be nice for the downstairs queen bed as well. There were items everywhere in the bedroom closet, I had to clear space to allow a place to put our things for the 3 days and I felt like I was violating someone's privacy. Again, these are very minor things and we really enjoyed our time there but for the price, I would consider other properties before booking there again.
