Our car had its window smashed, and items were stolen. Other guests also had their cars broken into. There were no security cameras visible outside the hotel. Hotel staff did vacuum the broken glass and help seal up the window with duct tape and plastic. Breakfast options were good. Hotel room was comfortable, but the in-wall air heater/AC was noisy. We turned it off, and opened the window, which was better - although also pretty noisy outside.

I loved this hotel and the room except for one thing. The mattress had a dip in the middle that forced my husband and I to struggle all night to keep from rolling into it. I could barely sleep because so this.

The grounds were new and clean, everything was in working order in our room. The food at the bistro was ok, but the staff seemed irritated when he had to stop socializing to take food orders. Check in staff and custodial staff were all wonderful.

Booked 3rd party. Was sent email to check in digitally the day of. Front desk wasn’t aware of this, and was surprised to find out the email to check in was sent from Marriott. Gave us a complimentary breakfast. Shower was an awkward attempt at modern/chic glass door with opening at end. Water just ended up all over the floor. Shower head dripped all night onto a metal drain pan keeping us up until we put a towel in the shower on the floor to dampen the noise. Breakfast we found out was partially credited but didn’t cover all of our meal. Overall happy other than those few things. Staff were great. Room was nice. Lobby felt comfortable. A lot of noise from adjacent freeway but to be expected.

Updated plugs and the staff did well for having no power during a snow storm. Even offered to place us at a different hotel if we wanted. Very professional and close to my meetings. Will stay again.

Our room was very comfortable, clean and quiet even though we were just off Interstate 5. We had clean towels and supplies in our room everyday when we came back to our room from being out.
