This very beautiful chalet offers a terraced, 3-storey layout surrounded by trees in the Domaine de la Résidence district, 2 km from the center of Villars in a quiet position. With a west-facing position, it provides a yard, internet WiFi, and parking amenities. The chalet is conveniently located just 50 m from the skiing area, making it an ideal holiday rental for winter enthusiasts.  
  
Outdoors:  
While staying at this chalet, you can enjoy the private terrace and the surrounding trees that create a serene atmosphere. The property is situated in a peaceful location, offering respite from the hustle and bustle of city life.

The chalet features a central heating system for your comfort. It is recommended to carry snow chains during the winter months as the property is accessible by motor. Additionally, communal covered parking is available for your convenience.

This 5-room chalet is a spacious 150 square meter property that spans across four levels, offering a south-facing position for optimal sunlight. The main living area features a large living/dining room with a cozy Scandinavian wood stove, a dining table, and a TV with a flat screen. The living room provides access to a west-facing balcony. The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, and complimentary Nespresso capsules. Additionally, it includes a raclette grill and a fondue set for cheese. On the lower ground floor, you'll find a room with two 80cm beds and a bath/WC, as well as access to the garden and terrace. There's also another room with two 80cm beds, a shower/WC, and access to the garden and terrace. The upper floor boasts a room with a French bed (1x160cm), a shower/WC, and access to a west-facing balcony. The final room on this level accommodates three 80cm beds, a bath/WC, two small west-facing balconies, and a small patio with forest views.
