Large house "Plan Névé", 3 storeys, built in 1912\. In the centre of Villars, in a central position. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Grocery 200 m, restaurant 150 m, bakery 100 m, bus stop "Villars- Bretaye" 250 m, indoor swimming pool 400 m, thermal baths "Lavey les Bains" 19 km. Sports harbour 25 km, golf course (18 hole) 7 km, indoor tennis centre 1.8 km, sports centre 1.8 km, mountain railway 150 m, gondola lift 1 km, ski bus stop 150 m, ski school 150 m, ice rink 400 m, children's playground 150 m. Please note: no lift. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Ski bus (free of charge). Free ski bus service to the ski region Villars.  
"Plan Névé 5", 2-room penthouse 58 m2 on 3rd floor, south facing position. Simple and practical furnishings: living/dining room with 2 pull-out beds (2 pers. 2 x 90 cm), dining table and TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony, south facing position. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Small, open kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Shower, sep. WC. Balcony, south facing position. Balcony furniture. Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains. Facilities: hair dryer. Parking (1 car). Please note: no lift.
