« L’hôtel est très bien placé, les transports en commun sont au pied. Hôtel plutôt luxueux et soigné. Le breakfast proposé est tres agreable. Pour le parking, nous avons préféré prendre celui en plein air qui est à 500 m, on peut ainsi garer la voiture même si on arrive tard le soir, par contre le tarif est plutôt excessif.(on paie avec l’application parkering Göteborg) »

« We booked a Large room through Hotels.com, but upon arrival, we were given a Medium room. We asked why, and were told that Large rooms are not dog-friendly. This isn't mentioned on Hotels.com or their website. We were very disappointed. At reception, I was told the dog supplement was 500 SEK, so I wouldn't pay the supplement for the Medium room, but the hotel website states it's only 300 SEK. The receptionist gave us incorrect information when we received the keys, which was a huge...

« Très bon séjour. Par contre pour rejoindre le centre de Goteborg il fallait bien 30 -40 mn de trajet en bus tramway. Un peu éloigné. Supermarché à proximité et une super salle de sport. »

At reception, I was told the dog supplement was 500 SEK, so I wouldn't pay the supplement for the Medium room, but the hotel website states it's only 300 SEK. The receptionist gave us incorrect information when we received the keys, which was a huge disappointment. We ended up with a smaller room in a deplorable state, with scratches on the walls and baseboards, a broken shower head, and a loose toilet paper holder. Just because I have a dog, I have to get a terrible room? Regarding the pool area, it's more like a footbath than a proper pool. I'm not very tall, and the water barely reached my knees. Not to mention, they don't regulate the flow of people despite a reserved time slot, and there's a constant hubbub. It's anything but relaxing because it's small and crowded. I won't even go into the quality of the mattress and the rest, as I lack the necessary character. This hotel isn't worth 5 stars, 3 at best."

"Merveilleux ! Effectivement nous n’avons pas été logées dans la grande tour mais bien celle à côté de 15 étages (qui correspond au tarif de chambre double classique). La chambre était spacieuse, le lit et les oreillers très confortables, il y a un mini bar et une cafetière dans la chambre. Les serviettes de bains sont confortables et nombreuses. Le petit déjeuner est très très fourni ! Le personnel est très poli et disponible. Attention néanmoins, l’hôtel ne se trouve pas au centre ville et il faut prendre un taxi ou les transports pour y accéder. "
