Absolutely atrocious.
Ended up packing up and going to a different hotel.
Pool was not functioning and doesn’t appear it has for some time. Filled with trash and junk.
Tape holding things together in the lobby.
Very unfriendly staff.
Lights were flickering.
Door did not close properly.
Curtains would not close all the way.
Absolutely horrible.

Nice owner but def a motor lodge. Our room was recently remodeled and was nice for the price.
This hotel was disgusting and unsafe. They door lock was extremely difficult to open. Unsafe if there could have been a fire. The room was filthy! We had no toilet paper.

This was the worst hotel I have ever seen in my life. Check-in was conducted in a room the size of a tiny closet through a window barely big enough to put a piece of paper through. The adult woman who was conducting the check in was extremely rude yet the child she had assisting her was nice. Labor laws in question but not my concern I suppose. The parking lot was filled with trash in nearly every parking spot. The party of residents outside on the balcony lasted throughout the early hours the next morning. They made vulgar comments to me and my daughter as we were trying to get in our room. They left so many beer bottles on the balcony, we had to step over them when we left the next morning. We woke to flea bites and/or bed bugs on our ankles as well. I dozed, not slept, with "fatal protection" by my head all night. We couldn't get out quick enough and had they not already had my money, I would've never stayed there.

i do apologize about your stay at the hotel but we just did a full remodel and if u would had down to the office and talk to us we would have given you a different room and i do apologize about the other guest that are staying at the hotel. But their have been at the hotel for over 3 months working in town but i do apologize for your stay at the hotel.
Coffee in room, no coffee pot. No ice bucket, no microwave. Got locked out of room. Cut my key off. Rude employees and owners.

This place is NASTY. I walk into my room, and first noted that there was missing paint on the walls. All the furniture was dirty and had not been wiped down. The bed spread had holes all in it. Then I see 3 roaches crawling up the walls which I had to kill. Later, as I'm laying on the bed, I have 3 ants crawl on me from the bed spread. I considered leaving and going to another hotel but couldn't get a refund, so I toughed it out and stayed. But I went to the Wal Mart across the street and bought my own sheets and a blanket to use rather than the nasty one on the bed. I'll NEVER stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone else.

Room was clean, comfortable beds. The stairs leading up to room felt rickity as we went up them. Hotel was quiet even though it's located right next to a truck stop. I would stay here again.
The whole thing was just a total mess. I felt like I needed a shower the moment I walked in the room, but the shower was the worst part. Check-in was in a medieval torture chamber. An overall disaster.

I agreed to a "non-refundable" condition online but this hotel is so rundown and decrepit that Expedia needs to remove it from its options. I spent 5 minutes in the room before leaving, and was so shocked that I took pictures and videos to document how bad it was. It's an embarrassment to not only Expedia but I cannot imagine America's Best Value Inns putting their name on this place. Awful doesn't begin to describe it, and I would like my money back (I did not spend the night - I just left).
Didnt stay. Chose this hotel because it was supposed to have a pool. I had been traveling with a 5 year old for 7 hours and he was ready to go swimming. The owner said due to Covid the pool was closed. Not acceptable as an answer to me because when i saw the pool it was obvious that it has been down for quite a long time. Covid is no longer a good excuse for not upkeeping your facilities.

Family owned , however it was a wonderful stay. Peaceful. So peaceful I fact I left my blinds open and took a nap. I would stay here again. The deluxe rooms are the best
Had to get 4 new keys because of electronic malfunction over the course of two day stay. Was blamed as my fault every time by woman at front desk. She was also very had to communicate with. Rooms were pretty dinghy. Paid $90/night for a $50/night quality.

Quick & Easy. Great staff & good price
Check in went very smoothly and quickly.
The staff was excellent! Professional, kind & courteous. Room was clean neat, & comfortable. Bathroom was a bit dated and hot water came slowly. Very good AM check out and continental breakfast.
Didnt like a thing..it was a dump.ceiling in bathroom was falling in door handles fell off. It was BAD !!!

Expedia charged us for the stay, and then the hotel receptionist charged us again. The process for getting a refund for the extra charge is confusing. The hotel has a race track near by and it was quite noisy (Sunday night) until after 11:30 pm.
I didn't like that they wouldn't accept my xhexknin because Experian didn't send then a cc to charge my room and everything with the room was disappointing.
Ac didnt work. Shower curtain rod broken. Vent in bathroom did not work.old and outdated electrical with no place to plug in phone chargers.

The hotel is very old and in need of much repair. With that said, they accommodated or dogs which we are always greatful for. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
My reservation was not correct, and I was charged extra for my children even though I made it clear that I would have them with me at the time of booking the room. There were not enough towels in the room. The carpet was damp. There was an odor in the room that could not be masked by the air freshener I went and purchased. The beds were uncomfortable, and the 'free' breakfast was a disgrace. I would have been more comfortable sleeping outside. My children were just as disappointed, and eager to get out of this flea bag motel. It seems the owners do minimal because there are not many choices for hotels in town. It's worth it to drive a little further to get better accommodations.

Old but clean
Is an older motel & is in need of a face lift. It was clean & the bed was comfortable. WIFI was slow. Breakfast was OK, cereal , toaster waffle, sweet rolls , coffee, etc..
I would stay again but would like to see a remodel.

Be on the look out
The people were nice. Beds were comfortable but check your coffee pot because ours had chucks of white green and black mold in it. The front desk immediately replaced it but come on people cleaning the room is supposed to include the coffee pot. The toilet and a huge amount of dust built up behind it. We didn't even trust the cleanliness of the shower so we didn't take 1. We waited til we got to our next destination. Just be on the look out for dirty spots.

Experience was okay. I did not like the fact that the person at the front desk never made eye contact with me and did not greet me as I expected. I was not made to feel welcomed until I was asked for identification and tag number. Other than that, my stay was what I expected and fit what I needed to accomplish my business in this town the two days I was there.
Room was disgusting - bugs in drawer & on desk, shower falling apart, blood splatters on lamp shade & wall, blood on sheets, doorway torn up, dirty carpeting. Went to gas station late & did not feel safe.
The hotel was dirty and out of date. There was rust in the shower and the fixtures looked like they were about to fall apart if you touched them. They had a cable box rigged and balanced on top of the t.v. Which looked to be a safety hazard. The so called breakfast was muffins and doughnuts. I will never stay again nor do I recommend anyone else.
