You have the opportunity to stay at Malibu Beach, a very large, modern, and beautiful semi-detached house with two storeys, located in Denia, Spain. This stunning property boasts a private, well-kept garden with a lawn, perfect for relaxation and outdoor activities. Additionally, it offers amenities such as a swimming pool, a yard, internet WiFi, and parking facilities, ensuring a comfortable and convenient vacation rental experience.  
  
Outdoors  
Shared amenities include a beautiful, well-kept garden (fenced) with a lawn, an angular swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 110 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.), a children's pool, and an outdoor shower. You can enjoy garden furniture and parking on the premises, creating an ideal setting for outdoor leisure and entertainment.  
  
Other Information  
The property is situated in Oliva Nova, a resort area in a quiet and sunny position, just 200 m from the sea and 400 m from the beach. Nearby, you'll find a shop at 500 m, a supermarket at 750 m, a restaurant at 400 m, and a bar at 650 m, catering to your daily needs and dining experiences. For recreational activities, a golf course (18 holes) is located 1 km away, and a riding stable is 600 m from the property. Please note that the owner does not accept any youth groups. The property is a 4-room semi-detached house spanning 115 square meters across two levels. The living/dining room is spacious and bright, featuring beautiful and modern furnishings, a digital TV, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. It also provides access to the patio. On the same level, you'll find an open kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a shower/WC on this floor. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms: one with two beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), air conditioning, forced-air heating, and access to a terrace, and another with a french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning, forced-air heating, and also access to a terrace. There is a second shower/WC on this level.

The property offers a range of amenities for your convenience and comfort during your vacation. These include air conditioning, a washing machine, dishwasher, private patio, heat available through forced-air heating, microwave, and television. The maximum capacity is 6 guests, and there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
