It also features a large, exclusive roof terrace with panoramic sea views, a shade roof, and comfortable outdoor furniture. It is situated in a rural and quiet location, just a few kilometers from the lively fishing town of Olhão, the Ria Formosa, and the Atlantic Ocean. Extras: Washing machine, air conditioning, and heating are available for a fee. \----------------------- Long description please see below \----------------------- \- Please ignore the "No refunds upon cancellation" policy. \- Our fees vary depending on the time of cancellation – see the rental agreement or inquire about it. \- Additional costs: Use of air conditioning, heating and washing machine. \- Tourist tax for guests aged 16 and over for the first 5 nights. \- In winter, a discount for long-term renters is available upon request. \----------------------- For further questions, please contact us. \----------------------- Casa Formosa is located less than 10 minutes drive from the vivid fishermen town of Olhão in a calm valley with evergreen hills. We called the house so, because from the property, you got an amazing view to the lagoon Ria Formosa, particularly from the roof terrace of the "Studio". Casa Formosa is right in the middle of a 7000 square meter plot with an old tree population. Into three directions the land declines to the valley, so each unit has its own private area. The "Studio" for instance has its own roof terrace of 120 square meters dimension. So no problem to have discreet holidays. In the eastern part of the estate there are the very busy owners living. They help with words and deeds, will be a good neighbour to you, and at the same time they will absolutely respect your privacy. They took their fist-hand professional experience in mediating holiday accommodations and realized plenty of their ideas at Casa Formosa . The conception was been planned for years and in 2013 finalized. The result became a very comfortable holiday house with very well considered details and snugly atmosphere… The "Studio" has on the north side of Casa Formosa a private access directly from the parking lot. In addition to a nice tiled bathroom with shower, a French bed (140x200) and two comfortable leather chairs, it also offers a small but well-equipped kitchen, making it a fully-fledged self-catering accommodation. To the south is the private terrace with wooden floor and pull-out shade roof. Comfortable furniture and a barbecue complete this summer living room. While the guest garden is reserved only for the "apartment", the huge furnished roof terrace with a panoramic view of the valley and the sea is exclusively available to the guests of the "studio". Only the parking lot and the utility room with washing machine are shared with the guests of the "apartment". Worth mentioning, that Casa Formosa is also good to rent during cooler season, because all rooms has wall heating (working with infra-red, under decorative tiles). In case you are more than 2 people or like to have more in and outside space, you could be more interested in the Casa Formosa – “Apartment” (see object number 2119019), which is next to the “Studio”. It has a own entrance, two bedrooms, a private garden of 1500 square meters and much more. Casa Formosa´s surrounding is quite nice to stroll up and discover the nature, there is a plenty to observe. Up from the hill on the back side of the casa, you got a fantastic view over the Ria Formosa, the Atlantic and the fishermen town of Olhão. Especially by night it is very romantic, when the city lights, the illumination of the island villages, the lighthouse and the stars are shining. In walking distance (30 minutes) you can reach the small lagoon beach of "Praia dos Cavacos". But we do recommend a car, going to the bigger beaches, shopping or sightseeing. Die gesamte Anlage ist echt traumhaft und mit viel Herzblut angelegt - unsere Erwartungen wurden mehr als erfüllt. Das Studio ist zweckmäßig und sehr liebevoll ausgestattet – es fehlt an nichts und alles ist sehr sauber. Die kleine, nicht einsehbare Terrasse, umrahmt von 3 verschiedenfarbigen Bougainvilleas, lud jeden Morgen zu einem gemütlichen Frühstück mit Blick auf eine wundervolle Landschaft ein. Von der großen Dachterrasse hat man ebenfalls einen unglaublich schönen Weitblick auf die Ria Formosa und den Atlantik. Sie ist ebenfalls mit gemütlichen Möbeln ausgestattet und wir durften hier einige Sonnenuntergänge erleben – da schmeckt der Wein noch besser 😉. Heidi und Jens sind sehr freundlich, tolle Gastgeber und hilfsbereit. Die Buchung und die gesamte Abwicklung war professionell und es hat alles super geklappt – nochmal für ALLES ein herzliches Dankeschön! Wir können das Casa Formosa nur weiterempfehlen. Es ist alles da, was man für einen Urlaubsaufenthalt brauchen könnte. Die Küche ist außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Man hat den Luxus wählen zu können zwischen Balkon und Dachterrasse. Der Garten rund um das Haus ist sehr schön angelegt. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern herzlich und unaufdringlich. Bei Bedarf gab es gute Tips zur Umgebung und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Ich habe die Zeit sehr genossen und hoffe, wieder dort Urlaub machen zu können. ##### Anna B. Die Lage des Objekts ist wirklich traumhaft, man hat einen wunderschönen Blick über die Hügel und bis zum Meer. Die Anfahrt ist etwas verschlungen, aber dafür wird man mit großer Ruhe belohnt, dennoch sind alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten durch eine kurze Autofahrt zu erreichen, ebenso die Strände. Das Studio ist sehr gut ausgestattet und für 2 Personen vollkommen ausreichend. Es liegt ruhig mit schöner Aussicht und dennoch zentral. Die Infos vorab per Mail haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Empfang und auch der Kontakt während des Aufenthaltes war vorbildlich, es gab ausreichend Infos und Tipps. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und bedanken uns für die schönen Tage! ##### Uwe M. A Heidi e o Jens foram sempre muito prestáveis, tanto a resolverem alguma pequena questão que tenha surgido, como a darem-nos dicas para aproveitarmos da melhor forma a nossa estadia. O único ponto a melhorar seria a colocação de um ar condicionado, pois no Verão a casa fica muito quente. Existe uma ventoinha portátil, mas na nossa opinião o ar condicionado seria a melhor solução. ##### Tânia C. ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Andre B., Hannover, Deutschland 10 juill. 2019 Points forts : Propreté #### So stelle ich mir einen Urlaub vor Ich habe mich bei Heidi und Jens gleich wie zuhause gefühlt. Selten so ein gut ausgestattetes Ferienappartment gehabt, an alles ist gedacht und es fehlt an Nichts. Sehr schnelles Internet im Studio und auch ein Flachbildfernseher mit deutschen TV-Programmen vorhanden. Das Highlight ist die große Terrasse mit einem traumhaften Blick ins Umland. Durch die gute Anfahrtsbeschreibung war das Anwesen leicht zu finden, die Unterkunft bei Ankunft perfekt sauber. Vielen Dank nochmal an die Gastgeber, dass ich das Studio vor den offiziellen Check-in-Zeiten beziehen durfte. Die Lage ruhig und idyllisch gelegen, ein guter Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung der östlichen Algarve. Die Nationalstraße N125 erreicht man nach ca. 1 km und kommt somit schnell überall hin. Auch die Autobahn für längere Strecken ist nicht weit entfernt. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im naheliegenden Olhão, mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Die direkte Umgebung mit den traumhaften Stränden ist zum Glück noch nicht so touristisch überlaufen wie einige (wenige) andere Orte der Algarve, daher komme ich sehr gern wieder! ##### Andre B. Great atmosphere and cleanliness is very important here. The studio is perfectly adequate in size and offers everything you need. Even self-catering in the well-equipped kitchen lacks nothing. Tolles Ambiente und Sauberkeit wird hier groß geschrieben. Das Studio ist von der Größe vollkommen ausreichend und bietet Alles was man benötigt. Auch Selbstversorgern fehlt es in der gut ausgestatteten Küche an nichts. Ein Highlight ist natürlich die schöne Terrasse! ##### Paul M. Nette Gastgeber und gute Ausstattung des Appartments. Nachts stundenlanges fast ununterbrochenes Gebell der Hunde der umliegenden Häuser und Höfe, frühmorgens zusätzlich krähende Hähne und Fllugzeuge. Sehr steile Auffahrt, nichts für Autofahrer mit schwachen Nerven. ##### Frank S.
