I stood in the lobby for 15 mins, I called but never heard a phone or anyone pick up.. got to the room, room was super hot! Heat wouldn’t turn off at all. AC hardly worked. ABSOLUTELY NO HOT WATER. (Yes I said something but they didn’t understand I guess). Also, tired saying my check out was yesterday (Friday) so they were knocking on my door at 11:05Am.

The whole experience was incredible, great room, bed was great, amenities were great, breakfast was so delicious and the owner was so very accommodating and delightful, she even sat with us at breakfast and we talked about all of our grandchildren.
Would absolutely recommend staying here and we will definitely be staying again!

The room was very clean however it smelled like the previous guest had smoked cigarettes inside of the room. The breakfast was lacking, not many protein options. We ended up getting breakfast somewhere else.
The staff were great! Very welcoming, accommodating, and attentive!

Under renovation. Not disclosed in Expedia information. No hot breakfast available. Reno dust all over food buffet area. Dining area not assessable due to reno. Visible mould on bathroom shower tile grout. Damaged and scraped paint on doors. Trip hazard on carpet to tile transition, in bathroom. Would not have stayed here if we had been told on the site that there was a renovation underway. I assume they were hiding the fact.
