"Wasn’t at all what you would expect from a Hotel at that price: stayed 4 nights and the room was never cleaned, arrived at 10.30pm twice and the parking gate was closed so we had to jump the gate to open the door and be able to access the hotel, just not what you would expect for the prize, never saw anyone. Ran out of toilet paper and had to find a cleaning lady to be handed one… "

"The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I loved the small intimate feel of the hotel itself. The outdoor spaces were nice and comfortable with different options to choose from. We had a great fresh breakfast every morning to start our day. We would definitely stay again. "

"Location is usually a priority in choosing a hotel: Close to transportation, attractions, restaurants and shops. Glacia Neuva isn’t located close to anything. Two hours from Bratislava or from Kosice, this hotel is a destination. (if you have more money than time, the hotel has a helipad.) The blue edifice with a commanding views in all directions, retains the majesty of its origins as a 600 year old castle, Elegant and rich in history, this hotel is more than worth the journey."
