"The A/C was out until the manager came from off shift and helped fix the outside unit. When I called to the front desk I found out our phone mic wasn't working."

"We enjoyed our stay and the kids absolutely loved their time in the pool. I know it's hard to staff more than 1 reception person at night but this caused long waits standing there in person to ask for something as simple as towels while she was on the phone forever trying to help someone figure out whether they wanted to set up a stay with a card or cash and how that all worked. She was kind and apologetic, but your guests standing there in person could really use more efficient responses to their needs. With that said, we still did enjoy our stay and thank you for a nice hotel. "
