"The friendliest staff ever, great room great food,"
We the loveliest of stays, really were looked after and would certainly be keen to stay again. We had a great visit to the opera house-organised with the help of the efficient staff at the hotel. The staff were keen to not only help, but also have feedback.
The pool and spa facilities were excellent and we really appreciated all the care taken in looking after us.
We went with my daughter and a friend of hers-both 18-who also loved their stay.

The hotel is a 15th century building which has served this purpose since then. It is right inside the borders of the Old Town on a cobble-stoned pedestrian street, close to Cathedral Square, the university, the Jewish Quarter/Ghetto, main churches. Parts of the hotel are old and they exude a wonderful feeling and atmosphere. There are old beams which were uncovered and wall decorations which are hundreds of years old. The breakfast room is a wonderful old, barrel roofed basement. The breakfast was a very big spread of local and international breakfast dishes. The rooms are large, nicely furnished and decorated. The bathroom was very large and comfortable with a shower bath combination. There are two restaurants in the hotel--one on a balcony at street level which has good food and is quite reasonable, the second is very posh, high priced. Both serve local fare. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We had a room on the second floor which faced the pedestrian street. There were double windows so most of the street noise was filtered out, but the sound may bother others. In general a real gem.
"Nice centrally-located hotel at a very decent pric"
We stayed at this hotel at the start of October for 3 days and found it to be a great value for the price. It's located right across the street from the Central Train Station and roughly a 5-7 minute walk away from the Gates of Dawn, entrance to the Old Town. Hotel has everything one would need: excellent wifi signal in rooms, breakfast buffet, and central location. The area around the hotel gets a bit shady at night considering that it's near a train station (we saw some sketchy characters walking around) but Vilnius is quite safe and we didn't feel threatened at all. Room is a bit small for 2 adults, but that's not a problem if you don't spend all day in the room, which we didn't. Staff were helpful and arranged for a taxi transfer to the airport and into town. There's also a 24-hour McDonalds right across the street. The breakfast buffet had great variety but got a bit crowded after 9 AM - the tip is to come to the buffet before that time and you'll be OK. Overall, a positive experience for a great price and will recommend to others!!!

The medieval Old Town of Vilnius, a UNESCO World Heritage site, is dotted with churches and monuments, cobblestone streets, boutiques, and cafés. Beautiful Vilniaus Street winds its way through the area, which includes the Gediminas Tower and most of the renowned Uzupis neighborhood. The Vilnius University architectural ensemble, with its imposing bell tower, makes up a large part of the Old Town.
