It felt like a concept that lives its ethos. I also want to commend Paula for helping make the experience truly exceptional. Not only was she incredibly warm, professional, and genuinely invested in making sure my experience met my expectations when I arrived, she also did this answering questions over the phone in the days leading up to my stay. "Great service, friendly staff. No ice machine, which is odd but the concierge did deliver a bag almost immediately when asked. After checkout, I realized that I had left my wallet in the room. One quick phone call left me feeling confident that it would be retrieved and kept safe while I took my family up the gondola for lunch. Upon our descent, it was safe and sound with security. Wonderful property! I hope to be back this winter. "
