The location was good .a 10 min walk to the Cathedral . The staff were helpful. However we were wokem by hammering and banging as there was a leak and no hot water . After a few hours it was back on .

Nice hotel, but don't leave anything there!

Ejoyed our stay. Only problem was I am having trouble retrieving my driver's license that I left at check-in. San Polo confirmed that they had my driver's license and to send them an email instructing them to send the driver's license, which I did, but no results. Hotels.com has not produced any positive results either. My second attempt with Hotels.com informed me that my first request was not even entered in there notes.

A very comfortable hotel and Great location for visiting Salamanca walled city area.
