"Had a great time at this lovely hotel. The upgrade to a suite was welcome. The room was gorgeous with high end linens and amazing little thoughtful touches. The property is in the heart of NOTL with free shuttle services to some of the local wineries. The staff was responsive and went the extra mile when I needed something. 2 fantastic restaurants on site that are worth trying. I had a wonderful stay here!"

"My mother and I stayed for two nights over May Long Weekend. They are very strict about their 3pm check-in time so an early check-in is not an option. The rooms are clean and the bathroom seemed recently upgraded. We were on the first floor so were concerned about noise but it was so quiet. Breakfast was just enough and the woman who works in the morning to oversee breakfast was great. Coffee was delicious. They have hot quiches and a waffle maker. Regular fare like fruit, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, bagels, and toast. This hotel has great value and we would stay again. "

"The property amenities were a bit dated and off-site parking threw us for a loop. That being said, the room was very clean, the staff was helpful, and the view is unmatched! Its a bit of a walk to the falls themselves, however, the town felt safe and had many souvenir and food options."
