"Our first time visiting Niagara Falls. Beautiful view of the horseshoe waterfall on a Canadian side. Staff was very friendly room was super clean and walkable awesome side, restaurants and casinos. Couldn’t be happier other than having to do remote parking. But I know it was busy with the eclipse crowd. Would definitely recommend "

"I'm struggling to find anything critical to say. We were on the third floor of the main building with elevator access. Room was clean, with a convenient wet bar and mini fridge. Nespresso, tea, and bottled water provided. Bonus for tea drinkers: the hot water comes out a separate nozzle on the Nespresso machine so your tea won't taste like coffee - my pet peeve! Bed was comfortable, with soft sheets, although some might prefer a firmer bed. The shower was big enough for two with a waterfall and another shower head. The staff were super helpful: when I called the front desk about the thermostat, they were able to switch from heat to cool from there. Also helpful in arranging complimentary shuttle to a winery. My only wish would be that the restaurant served a larger selection of dishes. I didn't go because the options on the prix fixe menu didn't suit my many allergies. Having said that, there are so many restaurants within walking distance. New favourite hotel in NOTL. "
