« The house is very close to the retail, places to eat, pharmacy, and grocery store. The reason I gave location 4 stars instead of 5 is because there is a house that is about 20 yards and shares the driveway. This was not evident in the photos at the time of my booking. This review speaks mostly about pet concerns because the home itself is sweet, well decorated, has comfortable seating, mattress, and a/c. « We had a great weekend! House was just what we needed and exceeded our expectations. We visited Mt Airy and Mt Pilot and even took a ride around in a replica Sheriffs car in “”Mayberry.” We took advice on eating at Little Richard’s BBQ and it was delicious. Hit a few of the other ma and pa restaurants and shops as well. The house and area was enough to keep our family of 6 well entertained and excited for our next trip to the mountains in the Fall. »
