"The most photographed hotel in the world! I can see why. Very beautiful and unique with so much history. Had a window table for the very nice breakfast in the Dufferin Terrace. We were fortunate to have a corner room with a view. Looked newly remodeled and fresh. The only thing that didn’t work was the in-room safe. If you don’t like crowds this hotel is not for you. The lobby was always bustling and full of tourists not staying at the hotel. "

"Quaint hotel in perfect location to visit Old Quebec. Easy check in and out. Well appointed and quiet room. My only complaint was the room was too warm for me at night. I missed having a ceiling fan. With that being said I would definitely stay here again."

The hotel is located just steps away from the St. Jean Gate on Rue Saint-Jean. The building was a Theatre hall that was converted into a boutique hotel along with a restaurant. My room was spacious and modern with high ceilings. The bed was very comfortable and I had a great night's sleep. The service at Le Capitole Hotel was impeccable. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they went out of their way to make sure I had a memorable stay. Every staff member will greet you as you walk by. They will turn off the vacuum as you pass by. We spoke with the concierge for advice on day trips and she was very helpful. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at Le Capitole Hotel and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable experience in Old Quebec. "

"We had a one night stay after experiencing a flight cancellation. We had passed by this hotel a few days earlier & commented on it’s central location. Close to everything in Old Quebec. The hotel is exceptionally clean. The common areas also were very clean & recently painted. Plenty of wainscoting throughout. It’s a mixture of vintage and modern. "
