Neighbors next door were a little loud one night, there is a lot of activity so if you’re looking for quiet, may not be the right fit. But great if you’re into being at the center of it all. My teens had a great time having the amusement park and arcades right next door. The condo is beautiful and the location is perfect for those wanting close proximity to ocean views and downtown. We chose this property for its beauty and convenience, and we were not disappointed. Our goal was to sit on the balcony and enjoy the sights and sounds of the sea. That is just what we did. The condo owner was attentive and responsive which we appreciated. Being so close to the beach made it very easy to set up our spot and handle all the buckets and shovels the kids brought. Walking across the street to the arcade and rides is very convenient. Lots of restaurants nearby. I liked that we didn't need to drive much on our trip and that parking was included. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. The view to the ocean and Palace Playland was nice. I think it was better than most condos since it's a corner unit. Overall we had a great time and would definitely come back! ##### Rick S. They hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. The hard wood floor hadn't been mopped, there was something spilled on the floor by the table.
