Please be considerate of neighbors at all times. • Parking: Each unit has two designated parking spaces. No blocking traffic, storing unregistered/derelict vehicles, or performing major vehicle repairs. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed at the guest’s expense. • Recreational Vehicles: Boats, snowmobiles, motorcycles, RVs, and large trucks are not allowed without prior written approval from the Host. • Systems & Utilities: No overloading electrical systems or altering plumbing/heating without approval. Only ordinary household waste may go into the sewer system. • Trash: Trash must be disposed of in the numbered outdoor cans assigned to each unit. Pickup is on Mondays.
