Newly renovated 3BR/2BA beach house just steps from Old Orchard’s 7-mile beach. Ocean views, upgraded kitchen, custom dining table for 10, A/C in every room. Primary suite with King and daybed, queen room, and fun bunk room. Smart TVs, Wi-Fi, games, beach gear included. Backyard seating for 10. Train passes behind home (no horn); sound machines provided. Perfect for families, friends, and beach lovers!  
  
It's conveniently located across the street from the beach, walkable to the pier, restaurants & shops. Only 20 min. to Kennebunk and 25 min to Portland.  
  
The cottage comfortably sleeps 9 people and has many amenities including a/c, free wi-fi, smart tvs, fully stocked kitchen, washer & dryer, 2 off street parking spots, fenced in backyard with seating for 9.
