### 189 Grandview #0 - Saco Bay Rentals

Sip your morning coffee while watching the sunrise and smelling the salt air or enjoying the Thursday night fireworks on the deck (2 chairs) outside this 400 sq. ft. air conditioned studio condo with ocean views. This rental will sleep up to 4 people and has a 3/4 bath (with shower) and no tub. A short walk of 100 feet from the parking lot will place your feet in the sand for a relaxing day at the beach. Walk to Shelia's Market for sandwiches, beer, wine, and other market items. Walk to Rumorz Bistro for great food and an indoor/outdoor bar. Walk to Royal Anchor for a full bar, a band and seats with umbrellas. This quiet part of Old Orchard Beach is only 1 mile north of the village, The Pier and amusements.  
  
This studio rental comes with a queen bed and a sofa bed, High-Definition flat screen TV with basic cable, Wi-Fi, heated outdoor swimming pool, community gas grills, bike racks, coin-operated washers and dryers in laundry room (operated by Credit Card) and parking for 1 vehicle (can have 2 if requested). There is a strict no pet, no candle and no smoking policy in force at all times in this unit by The Condo Association. This summertime rental is for a minimum of 1 week with the rental period starting on Saturday afternoon at 3:00 pm and concluding the following Saturday morning by 10:00 am.

#### Small but sufficient

Our stay was comfortable for the most part. The bed was comfortable but was right next to the air conditioner which freezes out whoever is sleeping on that side of the bed. There were no pillows on the bed or sofa, luckily we had brought our own. Location of this condo is nice and quiet. Easy walk to the beach and neighbors were extremely friendly. We would come back again. Also bed quilt should be cleaned and changed with each renter.
