"staff at the hotel were helpful and friendly...and curious about us. We booked the largest room in the hotel (#303). This may have been a bad decision. Perhaps it was too far from the Wi-Fi router, but hotel Wi-Fi was mostly unusable. The TV is very far from the bed (the best place to sit and watch it). There aren't enough electric outlets in the room and the huge bathroom is mostly wasted space. There was no water for the large bathtub. The shower is just a shower head in the middle of the...

"Our room was dirty, the sheets gross. We asked to replace them and they turned up with two other sheets that were as dirty. Had to constantly remind the staff to please bring us the bare necessities like towels and toilet paper. Horrible hotel. "

"Hotel was not good. When i reached to the reception area the manager only asking about that how much i paid . And when i said the amount he give me a basic room and said that in this price you get this basic room only but on website it showing totally different. They don't have idea of complimentry breakfast. When i asked they said we will give you poori bhaji butblater he give fruit only. They don't have dining area. There is no telephone in room for ordering anything. Don't go on review because it's 7 years old review"
