"Lovely boutique hotel on the river. The staff were friendly and welcoming and couldn’t do enough to ensure we had everything we needed. They even made us takeaway coffees for our sunrise tour of Angkor Wat. The location is excellent and we also enjoyed using the pool when we got back from our excursions. The only thing to mention is that I think we were given clean towels daily despite hanging our towels up which is not great for the environment."

"This hotel had the best staff, great rooms, and an amazing breakfast! The only downside was the house near the hotel had dogs that would bark occasionally in the night, but that wasn’t the hotels fault. I was upgraded to an amazing room, and it was so clean and spacious. The staff, from reception to housekeeping to the restaurant workers were all amazing! They were so kind and helpful during my stay. I would recommend the hotel for the staff alone! It was in a great location for exploring and for your pickups. I highly recommend this hotel if you are in Siem Reap!"

"This hotel gave us a relaxing holiday. The front of the hotel looked beautiful, and the garden was well maintained. Our room overlooked the swimming pool and was clean every day. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and we enjoyed the complimentary drinks in the room. The restaurant served tasty meals, and the pool bar was a nice place to enjoy the evening. The staff were polite and helpful during our stay."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Absolute Oasis with World-Class Hospitality! Central Suite Residence is hands-down the best place to stay in Siem Reap! The location is unbeatable—just a 2-minute stroll from Pub Street, yet it feels like a quiet, tropical oasis inside. The rooms are massive, immaculate, and beautifully air-conditioned. What truly elevates this hotel is the incredible staff. Returning from long tours each day, we were welcomed with refreshing cold towels—pure bliss! We also loved the fantastic breakfast where you can order your own freshly prepared meal exactly how you like it. They went entirely above and beyond for my husband's birthday. The entire staff came out together, singing and gifting him a delicious birthday cake. When we went up to our room, we were blown away by the beautiful decorations, vibrant balloons, and a spectacular cake towel arrangement! The hospitality didn't stop until the last second. At checkout, we received the most heartwarming send-off. The staff and even the hotel manager personally waved goodbye until our private transfer was completely out of sight. We’ve never experienced this level of genuine care. We will absolutely be back!"

"Very nice luxury hotel experience. The staff was so welcoming and always helpful, and the property itself was beautiful. The room, the lobby, the pool area, the restaurants, the gym, were all great. I felt very happy to come back after a day of touring. My only disappointment was the tour guide that was provided to us by the hotel. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, but he had very strong (and controversial) political opinions that he seemed unable to keep from sharing, and this made me kind of uncomfortable. It was the only time where I felt something a little unprofessional from my stay there. Otherwise, the experience was impeccable."

"Sarai was such an amazing place to stay. There was even free parking in a small lot adjacent to the property! With everything included such as breakfast everyday (made to order!) and incredible staff, I would absolutely stay here again and again. The pool was beautiful and a bittersweet feeling came over me when my family and I had it to ourselves: happy we got to enjoy it alone, but sad because this hotel should be booked out and much more popular!! Again, the staff were all incredible and we even received many deals such as 20% off on massages when booking at the hotel! Close enough to Pub Street, and a short drive to Angkor Wat. Amazing stay."
