"Beautiful, spacious house with a lovely backyard and fabulous pool! About 20 minutes to Falmouth Center with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. Our little dog enjoyed the fenced in yard, and the 6 adult humans loved spending time with the beautiful house! Would definitely rent again!"
"We were new to this App. The owner was very patient with us and was quick with responding to get us in the front door. The kitchen was laid out perfectly and appliances were clean and in great shape. We found the home nicely decorated and more like a home with cozy furniture and lovely table accessories. Lots of dishes, glasses, flatware, cookware and serving dishes. Beds were so comfortable, bedding soft and lots of pillows. The backyard was great with patio furniture and a fire pit. Big bonus, an outdoor shower. A couple hooks for towels would be nice. The floor plan for the house was perfect. My sons and their families divided their stays. Our larger bedroom was on the one side of the house with a good size bathroom (rain shower head) and separate living room. Our sons on the opposite side with a bedroom for the adults and across the hall from the kid’s room. Their own bathroom and living room. When we go back to the cape, we’ll definitely check availability here again. Lindsey was so helpful and responsive, thank you Lindsey. "
"The house was nice and walkable. We walked to the beach and pond, as well as the shops at Popponesset Marketplace. The pond was great for swimming. And the lobster roll at the marketplace was the best we had. A couple of comment The beach chairs at the house are not in great condition so we didn’t use them. The “lanyard” for the pond was just an index card. The property manager was very responsive to questions. "
