The unit is nicely upgraded and comfortable. The kitchen is reasonably well equipped. Excellent Wi-Fi and TV. « We loved our stay in this villa. Beautifully renovated, super clean, just wonderful. The rental company was also very thoughtful and left a welcome bag with lots of convenience items like dish soap and laundry pods—loved it! Highly recommend. We stayed with our 2 children and they enjoyed endless exploration on the sound at low tide. Tons of birds, crabs, large hermit crabs, etc…beautiful location with lots of nature. We even found a few sharks teeth! »

« We really had everything we needed at this property. It was very clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had all we needed for a few simple meals. Tv was an issue upon arrival but once we figured that the hdmi was hooked up wrong we were fine. My only complaint would be that there was no property information aside from the list of rules with the associated fines for breaking said rules. I would have appreciated a map of the property. « I stayed over the 4th of July. What a great place .VERY CLEAN and nicely decorated.!! . Five minutes to outlets, 15 to Hilton Head Island, and blocks away from the historic Town of Blufton that has great restaurants.( Mexican and Hog Head Kitchen and Wine Bar.) The backyard was wonderful for evening sittings.
