"We liked the property and location. It was very close to everything, especially close to Manitou Springs and Garden of the Gods, which we loved. Kaitlyn worked very hard to fix the Internet service issues we encountered most of the time we were there for our five days."

"Within walking distance of this property are three great coffee shops, wonderful shopping and restaurants, and a fabulous ice cream shop. Our favorite running and hiking trails just a 5 minute drive. We are huge fans of the west side of Colorado Springs! This cottage was recently remodeled - really cute living room and kitchen and the bathroom remodel is on point. Lots of attention to detail, charming decor. It was quiet for sleeping - we were the only ones renting one of the three properties...

"If I could give 6 stars, I would. This house is great. Our family was in town for our daughter’s college graduation. We took advantage of the fantastic outdoor space and front porch. Plenty of space for 4 couples, a toddler, and our dog. The neighborhood is charming and a short walking distance to fun restaurants and shops."
