Nestled in a peaceful rural setting, the property shares the front entrance of a long driveway with a neighbor. However, the home offers complete privacy, as the neighbor is not visible from the residence. Old Chatham, NY, is a picturesque hamlet in Columbia County, known for its timeless rural charm and rich history. Nestled among rolling hills and scenic farmlands, this idyllic spot offers a peaceful escape with beautifully preserved 18th and 19th-century homes, giving the village a classic New England feel. The landscape is dotted with open fields, woodlands, and tranquil vistas, perfect for outdoor activities like hiking and cycling. Guests will have private access to the entire home, and property. Step through the front door into a spacious open-plan living and dining area featuring impressive 9-foot ceilings. The beautifully renovated kitchen boasts stunning white quartz countertops, shaker cabinets, and sleek stainless steel appliances, making it an ideal space for meal preparation.
