"Nice property and suite but check-in was 1.5 later than posted on Expedia. According to property, Check-in is at 4 pm and not guaranteed until 6 pm. Expedia did not add that info on their listing of the property - only that check-in was at 4 pm. We got there at 4:00 and our suite wasn’t ready until 5:30 pm."

SOMETIMES A DECISION OF WHETHER OR NOT TO STAY AT A HOTEL AGAIN COMES FROM HOW WELL THE GUEST IS WELCOMED AT FIRST CHECK-IN. DAVID AND SAMANTHA WERE BOTH FANTASTIC. "we loved this place. They had the friendliest and most helpful staff. The room was perfect....roomy, great bed, nice bathroom and great shower. We found plenty to do including playing table games in the Fireside pub. The food was delish and well presented. We also finally made Tripsters on this stay and look forward to spending many more nights at McMenamins properties!!"
