In the heart of the **Pittulongu** district, nestled in tranquility yet close to all local amenities, **WLofts** is a modern **design residence** overlooking the gulf of **Bados-Mare Rocce**, surrounded by a well-kept garden with direct access to the sea, just a few meters away. The villa comprises three independent units with a common entrance and can comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests. Each residence is equipped with every comfort: **wi-fi**, **air conditioning** in all rooms, dishwasher, oven, and an internal parking space with an electric gate. Only 400 meters away from the Mare e Rocce beach and within a 1 km radius, all the most beautiful beaches on the northern coast of Olbia are within walking distance: **Il Pellicano**, **Lo Squalo**, **Bados**, and **Pittulongu Beach**.

### INTERIOR DESCRIPTION

**WLofts 11**, with 4 beds, is located on the first floor and consists of a bright living area with a chaise longue sofa/TV and a kitchenette equipped with an oven, microwave, and dishwasher. A sliding glass door leads to the veranda overlooking the garden and with a sea view. The sleeping area includes two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, and a bathroom with a shower. Each room is furnished with spacious wardrobes at the guests' disposal. There is an internal parking space available for the accommodation.

### DESTINATION AND DISTANCES INFORMATION

**WLofts** is located in a residential neighborhood composed of single villas; thanks to its proximity to services, it is the ideal accommodation for a **holiday by the sea in Sardinia** without sacrificing comfort. Ideal for groups of friends or families even without a car, from here you can walk to all the beaches in the area, as well as bars and restaurants. **WLofts** is only 400 meters from the beaches of Mare e Rocce and Lo Squalo, and within about 15 minutes and 8 km you can reach the historic center of Olbia. The nearest supermarket is on the main road of the neighborhood and is 4 minutes away; at the same distance are the Costa Sarda Bar-Restaurant with a tobacconist and pharmacy. The nearest bus stop is only 750 meters away (bus line 4, Lo Squalo stop). For a game at the Pevero Golf Club, simply drive towards Costa Smeralda for 31 km. Numerous restaurants offering local seafood and land cuisine are within a 2 km radius and mainly on the beach: Trattoria Rossi, Chiringuito Bados, Ristorante Lo Squalo. Don't miss visiting the beaches from Golfo Aranci to Porto Rotondo: Cala Sassari, the splendid Cala Moresca, Cala Sabina, and Marinella. Also worth visiting is the Tavolara Punta Coda Cavallo Marine Protected Area, with boats departing from the Porto San Paolo pier.
