Step outside to your private garden featuring a grill and covered terrace with stunning sea views of the surrounding hills. The shared outdoor pool operates from early June to late September, and an outdoor shower is available for your use.  
  
Shared parking is provided at the property, and events are not permitted. Airport shuttle service is available to enhance your arrival experience.  
  
Your villa sits in the heart of Costa Smeralda's glamorous atmosphere, perfectly positioned between dream bays and the jetset lifestyle. The famous marina, forming the vibrant center with its shops, bars and restaurants, is just 500 m away where you can enjoy romantic strolls and coffee while admiring luxury yachts.
