Located in the exclusive area of Costa Corallina , Villa Kalè offers a luxurious retreat overlooking the namesake bay. The panoramic view extends from the islet of Molara to the majestic island of Tavolara, creating a breathtaking backdrop. Surrounded by elegant villas and immersed in tranquility, the property can accommodate up to 6 people with 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, including 2 suites with en-suite bathrooms. The villa features a covered and secure parking space, a well-kept garden, a barbecue, a covered veranda with a panoramic view of the gulf, air conditioning, and free wi-fi in common areas. The beach of Costa Corallina is just 1600 meters away, perfect for enjoying the crystal-clear waters of the Costa Smeralda . The Costa Corallina Marina, located a few minutes away by car, offers a tourist port with 137 berths and complete services, including a bar, restaurant, and shipyard.

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION  
Access to Villa Kalè is through a wooden gate that opens onto the garden, where there is also a reserved covered parking space. The villa features a large porch with a wooden roof, furnished with sofas and a dining table, offering a spectacular view of the bay. From the porch, you enter the living room, recently furnished with modern furniture, a dining table, satellite LED TV, air conditioning, and a sofa corner. The large windows of the living room provide a stunning view of the Mediterranean maquis and the gulf of Tavolara Island, with its splendid emerald waters. The covered veranda facing the sea is perfect for relaxing even during the hottest hours.  
To the left of the living room is the kitchenette, equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, stovetops, and an espresso machine. The villa, carefully furnished, features chestnut wood ceilings and terracotta floors, offering a cozy and refined atmosphere. The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedroom suites with sea views, access to the veranda, and en-suite bathrooms with showers, plus a third double bedroom (external annex) with an adjacent bathroom, for a total of 6 beds. The villa also includes a washing machine and vacuum cleaner.  
DESTINATION INFORMATION AND DISTANCES  
The strategic location of Villa Kalè allows easy access to many of the main attractions: 1 km from Porto San Paolo, 10 km from Costa Smeralda Airport and the city of Olbia, 7 km from San Teodoro and the La Cinta beach. Other nearby beaches include Lu Impostu, Coda Cavallo, Cala d'Ambra, Cala Brandinchi, and Cala Suaraccia. Additional noteworthy beaches in the vicinity include Costa Corallina, Cala Finanza, Cala Girgolu, Lu Impostu, and Capo Coda Cavallo.

#### Ferienagentur Klodge nicht zu empfehlen

Das Haus hat eine gute Lage mit sehr schönem Blick. Es ist jedoch schon in die Jahre gekommen und auch die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig (verrostete Armaturen im Bad, schmutzige Kissen auf den Terassenmöbeln, schmutzige Küche).Einen negativen Eindruck hinterlassen hat bei uns jedoch insbesondere der Kontakt zur lokalen Ferienagentur Klodge. Bereits der Check-in-Prozess ist sehr sperrig. Der Schlüssel muss vor Ort in der Agentur abgeholt werden. Von der Agentur werden zahlreiche Nachrichten und Internetlinks versandt mit Dingen, welche während des Aufenthalts beachtet werden müssen, da ansonsten Strafgebühren drohen sollen (Müll, Strom etc). Auch die Preispolitik ist durch die vielen Nachrichten intransparent und es kommen zu dem Online-Preis auf FeWo verschiedene Positionen hinzu, welche vor Ort zu zahlen sind (Handtuch- und Bettwäsche-Gebühr, Stromverbrauch, Tourismussteuer). Noch dazu wurden uns die Stromkosten zu einem völlig überhöhten Preis von 0,50 pro kWh in Rechnung gestellt. Als zwei Tage vor Ende unseres Aufenthalts bei über 35 Grad Außentemperatur die Klimaanlage ausfiel, wurden uns von der Agentur lediglich Ventilatoren vorbeigebracht. Eine teilweise Kompensation für die Unannehmlichkeihen Fehlanzeige.
