The wide wooden-roofed veranda, furnished with sofas and an outdoor dining area, offers stunning sea views. From here, you enter the living room, recently furnished in a modern style and equipped with a dining table, satellite TV, air conditioning and a comfortable sofa corner. Large windows brighten the room and frame the Mediterranean vegetation and emerald waters of the gulf. To the left of the living room is the fully equipped kitchenette featuring fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, hob and espresso machine. The sleeping area includes two double en-suite bedrooms with direct access to the sea-view veranda, plus a third double bedroom located in the external dépendance with an adjacent private bathroom. Terracotta floors, chestnut wood ceilings and carefully selected furnishings create an elegant and cosy atmosphere. Es ist jedoch schon in die Jahre gekommen und auch die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig (verrostete Armaturen im Bad, schmutzige Kissen auf den Terassenmöbeln, schmutzige Küche).Einen negativen Eindruck hinterlassen hat bei uns jedoch insbesondere der Kontakt zur lokalen Ferienagentur Klodge. Bereits der Check-in-Prozess ist sehr sperrig. Der Schlüssel muss vor Ort in der Agentur abgeholt werden. Von der Agentur werden zahlreiche Nachrichten und Internetlinks versandt mit Dingen, welche während des Aufenthalts beachtet werden müssen, da ansonsten Strafgebühren drohen sollen (Müll, Strom etc). Auch die Preispolitik ist durch die vielen Nachrichten intransparent und es kommen zu dem Online-Preis auf FeWo verschiedene Positionen hinzu, welche vor Ort zu zahlen sind (Handtuch- und Bettwäsche-Gebühr, Stromverbrauch, Tourismussteuer). Noch dazu wurden uns die Stromkosten zu einem völlig überhöhten Preis von 0,50 pro kWh in Rechnung gestellt. Als zwei Tage vor Ende unseres Aufenthalts bei über 35 Grad Außentemperatur die Klimaanlage ausfiel, wurden uns von der Agentur lediglich Ventilatoren vorbeigebracht.
