The sleeping area includes a double bedroom with wardrobe, as well as a bathroom with shower. Both the living room and bedroom are equipped with air conditioning. Lo Squalo beach can be reached on foot in less than two minutes. A private outdoor parking space completes the property. **ABOUT THE AREA AND DISTANCES** The beaches of Lo Squalo, Il Pellicano and Pittulongu are equipped with beach clubs, sunbeds and restaurants. Within walking distance you will also find cafés, supermarkets and popular local spots such as Ristorante Lo Squalo, Mamabeach, Trattoria Rossi and Costa Sarda Bar. Beaches reachable on foot include Lo Squalo, Pittulongu, Il Pellicano and Mare e Rocce.
