The apartment, featuring a modern and elegant style, is located on the fourth floor of a building equipped with elevator, and opens onto the living area, an open space furnished with sofa, smart TV, dining table and an open kitchen equipped with all the necessary amenities for the preparation of delicious meals. The living area leads to the terrace furnished with sofas and outdoor table in where guests can relax. The sleeping area includes a bedroom with a queen-size bed with double exposition, small balcony and a large walk-in closet. A bathroom with shower completes the layout. Guests will benefit from amenities such as a washing machine, iron, wi-fi connection, air conditioning and heating. \*Guests will benefit from an outdoor parking slot inside the property. \*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. Overlooking the spectacular gulf dominated by the island of Tavolara, Olbia is the main tourist destination of northern Sardinia. With its international port and airport, its beautiful scenery, its history and traditions, it boasts an exceptional tourist offer. The medieval Basilica of San Simplicio and the Archaeological Museum, which exhibits finds from Nuragic artifacts to Roman warships, stand out in the city center, while the archaeological site Nuraghe Riu Mulinu overlooks the gulf from the hills just outside the city. Olbia is also a location for major events such as the Giro d'Italia and concerts by internationally-renowned artists. Its coastal territory alternates beaches and cliffs of incomparable beauty, including Pittulongu, Porto Istana, Le Saline, Li Cuncheddi and Bados. To accompany your meal, a good Vermentino di Gallura DOCG, and to end it, a delicious seada with honey and a glass of homemade myrtle liqueur. Our flight arrived after hours so nobody was available to help. We gave the address to the taxi driver who took us to that address in a desolate area. So we asked to be taken back to the airport. We searched all the documents and the address was the same. From the vrbo listing we were able to find a link to a map that showed the building and there was an address on a business across the street. We got another taxi to that address but the gate code was ALSO incorrect. We had to pay for a hotel for the night. In the morning we called WonderfulItaly and they confirmed they had provided the wrong information for our rental. They also assured us they would "make things right" regarding additional expenses. Once gaining access to the apartment it was hot, and it took 48 hours to correct. They reference the manual but its wrong for that apartment. They have ignored our request for reimbursement for the taxis, hotel, or the night at the apartment that we couldn't access the apartment. The apartment itself is beautiful. But the management company is terrible!! ##### T M.
