The holiday home 'Bilocale Levante G3', located in Porto Rotondo, overlooks the nearby sea. The 45 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, one bedroom, and one bathroom, and can accommodate up to 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, and a washing machine. The accommodation does not have air conditioning or towels. This holiday home offers a private outdoor area with a garden and an open terrace.  
  
The property features a shared saltwater pool (open only in September), ideal for cooling off on hot days. The property is part of a residence very close to the beach and to services such as restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, and churches.  
  
Parking is available. Families with children are welcome. One pet is allowed. Smoking and events are not permitted. Towels and bed linen can be provided on request and are available for an extra fee. Please contact the owner for further information.
