This tranquil oasis, fully enclosed, features an 6/8-person Jacuzzi, a panoramic terrace, and a BBQ area. The ideal retreat for those seeking Privacy, Security, and Relaxation in the heart of one of the world’s most exclusive destinations.  
  
Just 3 km from the Piazzetta San Marco and the Porto Rotondo Marina, where you will find Luxury Boutiques, Lounge Bars, Gourmet Restaurants, and Nightclubs, this newly built villa spans across one level, blending perfectly with the surrounding natural environment.  
  
The LIVING AREA, Bright and Spacious, is characterized by large windows and a big glass door that offer a panoramic view. A fine Sofa, an Armchair, and a piece of furniture in the Classic Style of the early 1800s, a Crystal Table with designer chairs, and a Coffee Table made from tree roots are just some of the elements that define this space. The living room also hosts a Bar Corner and Unique Artworks by a famous artist.
