Conveniently nearby are all the essential amenities of Pittulongu. The villa is surrounded by a spacious fenced garden, making it an ideal playground for children. Additionally, there's a vast solarium terrace offering breathtaking sea views, and ample parking space is available. For larger groups, there are two additional apartments within the same villa - a two-bedroom and a three-bedroom - each capable of accommodating up to 5 people.  
  
Situated on the elevated ground floor, this accommodation comprises a cozy living room with a kitchenette and a sofa bed, a comfortable double bedroom, a well-appointed bathroom, and a furnished veranda featuring a table and chairs for al fresco dining and relaxation.
